Ingredients:
3 large eggs
250 ml (1 cup) packed brown sugar
250 ml (1 cup) corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
250 ml (1 cup) coarsely chopped Pecan nuts
A pinch of salt
Pie pastry for a single-crust pie

Directions:
1. Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the other ingredients.
2. Pour the mixture in the unbaked pie shell and bake in a preheated 350° F. (180°C.) oven for 40-45 minutes.
