Ingredients:
Pastry
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup pecans, toasted and cooled, very finely chopped
2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Ingredients:
1 2/3 c Graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c Pecans, crushed
3 tb Maple syrup
1/3 c Creme de menthe
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs with crushed pecans. Stir in maple syrup and creme de menthe. Press into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes; do not overbake. Makes 1 pie shell
